For a better part of two decades – I have been in front of a computer doing something. Computer games, schoolwork, programming, engineering – all involve long hours in front of a computer with my hands and elbows resting on a surface and the muscles of my arm and hand working away.
These activities have taken a significant toll on my arms & hands – and for many years I was convinced I was dealing with a developing case of carpal tunnel.
